Common Issues

Alerts Not Working

Make sure you have granted all required permissions to FraudAlert:

• Notification access
• Phone state permission
• SMS reading permission
• Allow notifications

Go to Settings → Permissions in the app to check.

Subscription Issues

For subscription problems:

• Check your payment method is valid
• Verify your subscription status in Settings → Manage Subscription
• For refunds, see our Refund Policy

App Crashes

If the app is crashing:

• Make sure you're running the latest version from Google Play Store
• Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → FraudAlert → Clear Cache
• Restart your device
• If the problem persists, contact support with details
